Will Levis’ Elite fortitude Revive Titans in Miami!

Last night, the Tennessee Titans pulled off one of the most improbable wins in franchise history. After being down 27-13 with under five minutes left in the fourth quarter, the Titans stormed all the way back and escaped with a 28-27 win over the number one seed hopefully Miami Dolphins. Though many Titans contributed to this gritty victory, none were as impactful as Rookie QB Will Levis...

Levis was far from perfect last night, but the way he battled back from adversity was franchise QB-esque. On the night, Levis completed 60.5% of his passes for 327 yards with two TD passes. Tennessee's offense looked sluggish out the gate as they had trouble sustaining drives and keeping the ball out of harm's way. Levis threw an atrocious pick-six to Miami DT Zach Sieler in the first quarter, leading to the night's first points. Despite this, the former Wildcat did not fear pushing the ball down the field and continued completing tight window throws with expert precision. The Titans were competitive all night against one of the better teams in the league before the turnover party commenced. A muffed punt by Eric Garror, followed by a poorly executed exchange between Levis and Derrick Henry, resulted in Miami taking a 14-point lead in the fourth quarter with under five minutes. All of America counted out Levis, but little did they know, the Mayo Man was ready to defy the odds...

Will Levis led two consecutive TD drives in the fourth quarter to carry the Two-Tone Blue to victory and exhibited numerous franchise QB traits. Levis’ elite fortitude and courage are hard to find in a QB, and the Titans will never be out of games, no matter the score, as long as he is the signal caller. Most young QBs in the NFL fear adversity, but Levis welcomes it. The rookie plays his best football when he is counted out, or when his team needs a score in the fourth quarter. Though he can be reckless at times, Mike Vrabel knows one thing about his young and naive QB: He will do whatever it takes to WIN THE GAME....
